Earlier this week, we were celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day. This is a day reserved to celebrate the life, the work and the legacy of the Civil Rights Hero who to his death stood for equal rights.
As a school that prides itself as a bridge between poverty and quality education, we look up to Dr. King as an inspiration to the work we do and in everything we do, we strive to uphold his dream.
All of our students come from disadvantaged backgrounds and without childcare centers like ours they would have no access to education. From the day we opened our doors for the first time in 2006, our mission is and always has been to empower and educate our students.
Alongside classroom activities, we frequently take field trips to explore nature and learn new and exciting things and how they work and operate in the real world - a huge part of creating well-rounded students who will excel as they progress in their academic careers.
We make use of various techniques, tactics, and strategies to keep each student's mind engaged throughout the school day. At Growing Angels, we always strive to get your child excited about school and we equip them with the firm foundation they need to excel in their academics as they enter elementary school and beyond!

If you can’t fly, then run. If you can’t run, then walk. If you can’t walk, then crawl. But whatever you do, you must keep moving forward. - Martin Luther King Jr.
